Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in product design work, complete the design of special equipment mechanical structures, material selection, processing drawing output, prototype assembly and debugging, etc.;
2. Responsible for tracking products during trial production, fault analysis, process improvement and technical support;
3. Responsible for setting parameters and selecting externally purchased equipment components;
4. Summarize product R&D experience, continuously improve product performance, participate in product problem analysis and improvement, and complete product finalization;
5. Collect information and data on new products and new technologies;
6. Cooperate with other daily work.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or related fields, experience in vehicle bodywork is preferred;
2. More than 5 years of experience in product development, understanding of product development and design processes;
3. Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other related drawing software.
4. Familiar with mechanical processing technology, welding technology, sheet metal technology, familiar with common material mechanics, engineering mechanics, hydraulic systems, transmission systems, and has certain finite element simulation capabilities.
5. Has experience in material selection and surface treatment of product components;
6. Has the spirit of self-examination design, continuous optimization, continuous improvement and striving for excellence;
7. Able to withstand hardship, has strong pressure resistance, and has good teamwork, professional ethics and dedication;
