Job Description
1. Develop four types of UAV teaching plans, standards, and processes based on the college's product R&D content, implement practical training courses; responsible for teaching students from domestic and foreign client units;
2. Responsible for the teaching of UAV license training courses and the theory and practice of flying four types of UAVs; able to write lesson plans and formulate teaching plans according to actual training.
3. Strictly conduct relevant training for trainees according to the college's regulations; responsible for the UAV skills training of vertical takeoff fixed-wing/multirotor certification training, responsible for the teaching quality, summarize teaching experience, continuously improve teaching methods, improve quality and pass rate; through training, trainees can obtain the over-the-horizon pilot license certified by the Civil Aviation Administration;
4. Responsible for the school-enterprise in-depth cooperation training section of the college, maintain close contact and communication with the school, and maintain relevant channel resources;
5. Responsible for the use and maintenance of training equipment and devices;
6. Cooperate with relevant departments of the company to carry out emergency rescue and after-sales maintenance and other temporary tasks;
7. Continue learning relevant knowledge of UAVs and strengthen professional technical level and ability.
Job Requirements:
1. Junior college or above, more than one year of experience in the same industry;
2. Hold a current valid multirotor UAV pilot license and AOPA instructor level license;
3. Familiar with the operation standards of UAV pilot training institutions;
4. More than two years of teaching experience in ground theory courses and flight training;
5. Love the UAV industry, have solid flight control technology of relevant models, have strong hands-on ability and communication and coordination ability;
6. Steady and reliable, strong sense of responsibility, teaching experience, teacher qualification certificate preferred.
7. Have proficient vertical takeoff fixed-wing/multirotor UAV flight practice technology, and have rich practical teaching experience; have experience in examination room guidance, and can be responsible for the course arrangement, daily standardized management, and examination arrangement of trainees.
8. Have excellent communication skills, be articulate, and be responsible; be brave to take responsibility, be able to actively discover and handle problems that arise in the work;
9. Hobbies in model aircraft, can fly 3D helicopters or 3D fixed-wing/multirotors, those who have participated in F3P model aircraft competitions are preferred;
