Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the overall structural design of UAVs, including material selection, mold development, component selection, structural weight estimation, and structural strength verification;
2. Design the aerodynamic shape of the UAV according to project requirements, calculate aerodynamic parameters and aircraft performance indicators;
3. Responsible for the structural strength calculation and simulation of components;
4. Responsible for the structural strength test of key components and the performance test of the power system;
5. Responsible for the analysis of UAV control stability characteristics, and conduct static and vibration tests of aircraft;
6. Responsible for handling exceptions that occur during product production and reliability verification;
7. Write technical documents and draw processing drawings.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in aircraft design or mechanical engineering related major;
2. Familiar with the material properties of metal materials and composite materials;
3. More than three years of experience in aircraft design;
4. Ability to perform material/structural mechanics analysis;
5. Proficient in at least one finite element analysis software;
6. Have a certain understanding of UAV flight control, task equipment, and structural processing;
7. Good at teamwork and has strong learning ability.
