Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the preparation and summarization of enterprise production plans and material plans, ensuring the safe and orderly progress of the production process and the timely completion of plans;
2. According to the company's arrangements, responsible for the preparation and issuance of production tasks, timely reporting of completion status to leaders, and ensuring the effective execution of instructions;
3. Responsible for the follow-up of materials required for production, ensuring the smooth progress of production, supervising and inspecting relevant production arrangements and resolutions, proposing suggestions on specific production plans, and providing feedback;
4. Constantly grasp the production dynamics, monitor the inventory of raw materials, finished (semi-finished) products, outsourced processing parts plans, storage and transportation, and promptly report any problems found;
5. Timely solve problems that arise during production, and promptly report any serious delays;
6. Submit weekly and monthly summaries of production data reports;
7. Complete tasks assigned by superiors.
Job Requirements:
1. College diploma or above, more than 10 years of experience in manufacturing
2. Understanding of machining, manufacturing processes, and work hour quotas is preferred;
3. More than 5 years of experience in production planning and management;
4. Strong communication and coordination abilities, responsible, and quick-thinking.
