Requirements:
1. Strictly follow national and company regulations, comply with reimbursement systems, payment processes, and other regulations, and promptly and accurately handle the receipt and payment of vouchers that comply with the signing and approval procedures;
2. Strictly maintain confidentiality regarding matters, amounts, and passwords related to the company's receipts and payments;
3. Timely register various daily journals for receipts and payments, ensuring daily and monthly settlement of cash and bank deposits;
4. Insist on weekly and end-of-month cash counts under the supervision of the accountant and prepare cash count sheets;
5. Ensure the safety and completeness of cash and various securities; any shortages will result in liability for compensation;
6. Keep the safe password confidential, safeguard the key, and do not transfer it to others arbitrarily;
7. Be responsible for managing various blank vouchers and seals;
8. Keep track of the company's financial status at all times, maintaining smooth access to funds inquiries and payment channels;
9. Strictly enforce the provisions of the "Accounting Archives Management Measures", and be responsible for the specific work of filing, archiving, and preserving accounting archives;
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the financial manager, etc.
Requirements:
1. Possess an intermediate or higher professional title, a junior college or above education level, and a valid accounting professional qualification certificate;
2. Have more than 2 years of cost accounting experience, be familiar with cost accounting methods and processes, and be proficient in using relevant financial software (Kingdee or Yonyou);
3. Strong principles and sense of responsibility, recognition of company culture, and ability to withstand work pressure;
4. Possess planning and interpersonal communication skills, proficient in using EXCEL and understanding basic function applications;
5. Solid financial theoretical knowledge.
