   Job Responsibilities:

  1. Implementation and improvement of procurement management systems, procurement operation processes, and outsourcing operation processes;

  2. Investigate suppliers' product quality, supply capacity, enterprise quality assurance capabilities, and corporate reputation, continuously seeking new suppliers based on existing suppliers to ensure abundant supply resources and a wide range of choices. Responsible for searching for and investigating new suppliers, and organizing relevant departments to conduct assessments and reviews;

  3. Organize raw material procurement and supply work in a high-quality and efficient manner according to requirements, and keep track of contract performance. Contracts must include clauses specifying our company's product quality requirements. If contract changes are needed, they must be approved after obtaining authorization;

  4. Responsible for collecting information on the application of new materials, conducting market analysis, keeping abreast of national standards and policy changes for relevant products, conducting policy analysis, and providing valuable information for company decision-making;

  5. Conduct price inquiries, comparisons, and negotiations with suppliers, and report relevant information (delivery cycle, daily production capacity, minimum order quantity, packaging requirements, quality standards, price conditions, etc.);

  6. Investigate market conditions, collect and organize dynamic information, and report it promptly to adjust procurement strategies in a timely manner;

  7. Timely, appropriate, and sufficient procurement according to business orders, follow up on procurement progress, ensure that ordered materials are delivered to our company's warehouse on time, in the right quantity, and with guaranteed quality, and coordinate the effective operation of sales and production; timely information transmission between order changes and cancellations, quality requirement changes, and suppliers to ensure that suppliers meet our company's needs;

  8. Handle abnormal procurement, returns, exchanges, and compensation matters with suppliers to ensure our company's interests;

  9. Strengthen communication and contact with suppliers to ensure sufficient supply, stable supply quality, and accurate delivery times;

  10. Adhere to laws and regulations, conduct business impartially, be selfless, and maintain professional ethics of integrity and self-discipline. Be honest and humble, perform duties diligently, continuously learn business knowledge, improve business work capabilities, and manage subordinates effectively;

  11. Other tasks assigned by the leader.

   Job Requirements:

  1. Junior college degree or above, with experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or related fields.

  2. Strong negotiation skills and contract management capabilities.

  3. Team spirit and innovative thinking, good self-motivation and self-management.

  4. Good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills, familiar with ERP system operation.
